airberlin (AB) was Germany’s second-largest airline with flights to more than 170 destinations, including 17 domestic destinations. Its international destinations included more than 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. The airline, which was part of the oneworld alliance, had hubs at Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL) and Düsseldorf Airport (DUS). Focus cities included Hamburg Airport (HAM), Munich Airport (MUC), Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) and Stuttgart Airport (STR). Most of its aircraft had only Economy Class seating, though some aircraft used for long-haul flights featured both Business Class and Economy Class cabins.
